Why reintroduction matters
The elimination phase isn't meant to last forever. It's a diagnostic tool to help you find your symptom baseline. Once you know what 'good' feels like, you can start testing individual FODMAP groups to see which ones you actually need to avoid.
Reintroduction is where you learn your personal tolerance. Most people can tolerate some FODMAPs without symptoms. The goal is to add back as much variety as possible while staying comfortable.
